Mr. Kimyung Song serves as a Standing Director on the Board of Directors of the Korea Exchange (KRX) and President of the KOSPI Market. As a member of the Board, he takes part in the Exchange's overall management and strategic decision-making, while overseeing the KOSPI Market in its entirety — from the trading of stocks, bonds, and securities products to the listing and disclosure of companies. In this role, he leads efforts to enhance market operations and trading systems and drives initiatives to increase the efficiency of the listing and disclosure system, thereby improving market accessibility for investors and strengthening the global competitiveness of Korea's capital market.
Since beginning his career at KRX in 1997, Mr. Song has built extensive expertise in capital market operations and regulatory improvements across key departments, including the Bond Market, Clearing & Settlement Operations, Information Business, Strategy & Planning, and KOSPI Market.
Mr. Song holds a bachelor's degree in English Language from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and an MBA from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business.

Conor Kehoe is the role of Chair of the PRI Board as of January 2024.
Conor previously chaired the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) – a coalition of 70 leading Sustainability organizations - during its merger with SASB and the subsequent merger of the two into the IFRS to form the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) (Sept 2022). He was a member of the G7 Impact Accounting Taskforce and is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Capitals Coalition.
He is an Advisor to Summa Equity and a Special Advisor at McKinsey where he founded and co-leads McKinsey's Board Intelligence Forum for European non-executives and chairs. Previously, he cofounded McKinsey's Private Equity and Principal Investor Industry (PEPI) Practice and latterly.
McKinsey New Ventures. While at McKinsey he was a member of the founding team of Focusing Capital on the Long Term (FCLTGlobal.org).
Originally a software engineer, he also led McKinsey's Tech and Telecom Practice in Europe. He advises a small number of ecommerce/software growth stage companies. Conor, who is from Ireland, is a resident of London but spends time each year in Maine.

Previously, Mr. Dover was a founder and chief investment officer of Bradesco Templeton Asset Management (BTAM), a joint venture between Franklin Templeton and Banco Bradesco in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Prior to joining Franklin Templeton in 1997, Mr. Dover was a portfolio manager with Vanguard where he co-managed an equity income strategy. He also worked for Towers Perrin Consulting (now Willis Towers Watson) in New York, London and San Francisco.
Over the course of his investment industry career, Mr. Dover has lived in China, Europe, Brazil and the United States. Mr. Dover holds a B.A., with honors, from Lewis and Clark College and an M.B.A. in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Sei-Wan Kim has been serving as the President of the Korea Capital Market Institute since December 2024. Building on his extensive experience in the fields of economics and finance, he continues to lead research activities. From 1994 to 1995, he worked as a researcher at the Economic Research Institute of the Long-Term Credit Bank of Korea. From 2001 to 2004, he was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at California State University in the United States. Since 2004, he has been a Professor in the Department of Economics at Ewha Womans University. Mr. Sang-uk Park serves as President of the Clearing & Settlement Division at the Korea Exchange (KRX) and Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of the CCP. In this role, he oversees the entirety of clearing, settlement, and default risk management operations across the securities (KOSPI, KOSDAQ, and KONEX), derivatives, and over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives markets. Elected to the Executive Committee of CCP Global in June 2026, he drives the advancement of clearing and settlement frameworks—such as the transition to an accelerated settlement cycle—thereby contributing to the strengthening of KRX's global competitiveness as a Central Counterparty (CCP).
Since beginning his career at KRX in 1995, Mr. Park has built extensive expertise across key departments, including the Global Business Department and the Exchange-traded Clearing & Settlement Department. He led the overseas expansion and early operational establishment of KRX's exchange infrastructure and spearheaded initiatives to obtain international Qualifying CCP (QCCP) recognitions in the EU and the US, successfully establishing global trust in KRX's settlement risk management system.

He also serves as the Chair of the Stock Index Committee of Korea Exchange and the Audit Committee Chair/Independent Director of HD Hyundai Heavy Industries, the largest shipbuilding company in the world. Prior to joining KAIST, Dr. Park has taught at Chung-Ang University in Seoul and at the University of Missouri-Columbia. His current areas of research interest include banking, corporate finance, digital finance, and sustainability. He has been publishing a number of articles in top finance journals including the Journal of Finance among others. Dr. Park has been a research fellow and advisor for many leading institutions including the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Korea Fair Trade Commission, Financial Service Commission, Ministry of Economy and Finance, National Pension Services, and the Office of the Prime Minister in Korea. He also received the Fulbright Senior Research Fellowship to the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
He received his PhD in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has Bachelor’s degree in Business from Yonsei University in Seoul.

In this role, Sean supports S&P DJI’s efforts developing new benchmarks for local and international equity markets and promotes their use among clients in the Asia-Pacific region.
Sean has more than 20 years’ of financial services industry experience, beginning his career in South Korea with Fidelity International and later holding global and regional roles with AMP Capital, Russell Investments and Franklin Templeton in Sydney, London, and Singapore.
Before entering financial services, Sean was a broadcast journalist in Queensland, Australia. Sean holds a master’s degree in International Relations from Dublin City University and bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Queensland.
